  8. Contact qualified companies, local to the client's area, to bid on the provision and installation of specific products.
  9. Receive all bid documents, analyze, then provide the client with recommended finalists.
  10. Facilitate finalists' presentations.
  11. Provide project management services to monitor the installation to assure adherence to bid documents and industry standards.
  12. Communicate fully with the client throughout the design, bid, build, installation and implementation process.
  13. Provide ongoing consultation, strategic planning and documentation services.
