- Develop detailed technological specifications for true comparisons of prospective bidders' responses.
- Contact qualified companies, local to the client's area, to bid on the provision and installation of specific products.
- Receive all bid documents, analyze, then provide the client with recommended finalists.
- Facilitate finalists' presentations.
- Provide project management services to monitor the installation to assure adherence to bid documents and industry standards.
- Communicate fully with the client throughout the design, bid, build, installation and implementation process.
- Provide ongoing consultation, strategic planning and documentation services.
